The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Atvelo, a service operated from Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the free score tool you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Atvelo is a business tool intended for commercial use by people 18 or older.
Use of the service
You agree to use Atvelo for legitimate brand and visibility monitoring of companies you are authorized to measure. Atvelo runs scans against third party AI APIs on your behalf; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those providers' terms.
Billing and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not prorate partial months. If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@atvelo.com within 7 days of the charge and we will make it right. The free plan costs nothing.
Acceptable use
Don't use Atvelo to harass, defame, or impersonate any brand or person. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits or overwhelm our scan infrastructure beyond your tier's allowance. Don't share your account credentials with third parties or resell access to the service.
No warranty
Atvelo is provided as is. AI engine outputs are inherently non deterministic and change without notice; we measure them faithfully but make no guarantees about how a given engine will mention or rank any brand, or about business outcomes from acting on our recommendations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atvelo's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post material changes here with a new date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
